Working alongside Knight Dragon, Quod is supporting the delivery of Greenwich Peninsula, London’s largest and most transformative regeneration project. Bringing forward 17,000 homes, 12,000 jobs and 48 acres of public realm, the development is redefining urban living and creating a world-class, sustainable neighbourhood for future generations.

Details

Quod is advising on the delivery of Meridian Quays, a key phase of the Greenwich Peninsula regeneration, bringing forward approximately 3,000 homes within a collection of buildings rising to 36 storeys.

OUR ROLE

In 2023, Quod successfully secured Reserved Matters Approval for Plots 1.02 and 1.03, comprising 866 new homes within buildings of up to 36 storeys, alongside associated infrastructure and public realm. Quod was subsequently retained to develop and deliver an implementation strategy to ensure the scheme could be brought forward within the required timescales. The team is now advising on Plot 1.01, a key riverside development parcel that will deliver approximately 450 apartments together with a new public park. Quod provides planning and Environmental Impact Assessment advice to support the regeneration of this strategic brownfield site, while also advising on a range of temporary meanwhile uses and wider planning matters across the existing Greenwich Peninsula estate.
