OUR ROLE

Since 2013, Quod has supported Battersea Power Station Development Company in shaping and delivering one of central London’s most high-profile regeneration projects. The masterplan is reimagining a 42-acre former industrial site and Grade II* listed landmark as a vibrant mixed-use destination, combining homes, workspace, retail, leisure, culture and public realm. Phased delivery has already delivered over 300,000 sqm of development including c, 2,200 new homes, new streets and infrastructure, supported by the Northern Line Extension, and will ultimately provide over 4,000 homes and more than 400,000 sqm of other uses.
