Policy
It is essential to be able to influence policy and plan making, at both the national and local level, and then interpret them once they are in place in order to deliver successful planning strategy. Quod are leading experts in both.

Quod also advise DLUHC and PINS on improvements to the DCO process for national infrastructure projects (including through active membership of NIPA) and have contributed to various regulatory reviews to the housing sector.
At the local level, Quod has a wealth of experience in successfully promoting land through the development plan process, helping clients prepare a robust evidence base (including through housing and employment needs analysis) to identify and articulate the case for site allocations as well as the formulation of development management policies that will best deliver sustainable growth.
