White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds
Quod are advising Landsec on the extension of the White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds. Most recently, Quod secured reserved matters approval for two major retail extensions which are part of an overall outline consent to expand the centre by c. 11,000sqm of retail space, and c. 8,700sqm of cinema, leisure and restaurant space.
Quod have continued to advise on the site since submitting and securing the outline permission in 2014, including the delivery and operation of the first phase through reserved matters, the construction of a new staff car park in the Green Belt and associated works across the shopping centre.
