Quod is instructed by Barratt Metropolitan to provide advice in respect of the redevelopment of the West Hendon Estate as part of a comprehensive. The existing estate comprises 603 existing homes, and these are to be demolished and reprovided within a new development comprising 2,000 homes, commercial floorspace and a new 420 pupil primary school.
