Quod has concluded negotiations in respect of the grant of planning and conservation area consent for the redevelopment of this former Metropolitan Police Hostel on a prominent site within the heart of Soho. The proposals comprised demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new ten storey apartment building comprising 78 residential apartments in addition to retail space at lower ground and ground floor level.
