Tottenham Hale Centre Development

Quod has been instructed by Argent Related to provide planning, environmental and socio-economic advice in respect of the delivery of a major mixed-use development at Tottenham Hale, London.
Planning permission was granted in 2019 and the major mixed-use scheme will deliver over 1,000 new homes, shops, food and drink outlets, a cinema, offices and a new health centre across a range of buildings, the tallest being 38 storeys high.
The development also includes a number of new public squares, spaces and links to create a heart for the new District Centre at Tottenham Hale.
