The Landing, Maidenhead

The Landing comprises the rejuvenation of a key site in Maidenhead and provides up to 41,430sqm of residential floorspace and up to 16,800sqm of flexible commercial, community, leisure and retail floorspace, in addition to a new central square.

Quod advised the developer, Ryger Maidenhead Ltd/Hub, on the coordination, preparation, submission and negotiation of a hybrid planning permission.
