The Chalcots Estate, Camden

Quod, acting on behalf of Camden Council’s Better Homes Delivery Department, secured planning consent for fire-resistant cladding and associated design changes at the five tower blocks that make up the Chalcots Estate in Swiss Cottage, Camden.

Quod managed the design team through the planning submission process, addressing key issues such as the developments impact on views from the four surrounding conservation areas, the proximity of the towers to designated views and construction impacts on the amenity of residents.
