Thameslink 2000

Quod were engaged by Network Rail to act as Expert Witness as part of the Thameslink 2000 project. This £6 billion upgrade and expansion of the existing Thameslink route which runs north–south through central London, stretching from Bedford to Brighton and linking major transport hubs including Luton and Gatwick Airports, St Pancras International and London Bridge station were completed in 2018.
