Symons House, Leeds

Quod’s Leeds office, acting on behalf of London & Scottish Student Housing (LSSH), secured planning consent in December 2017 for a 23 storey student accommodation building in central Leeds. Quod project managed the planning aspects of the scheme from its initial inception, through to a successful planning consent in less than nine months, enabling LSSH to begin delivery of the new building for the 2019/2020 academic year.
