Stratford City

The Quod team has led the planning process at Stratford City since 2002. It has acted for all of the principal development interests. The team were lead consultants for the Outline Planning Permission process which secured consent for over 140,000 sq m of retail floorspace, 6,000 new homes and office floorspace. The team also acted as Regeneration and Affordable Housing Advisors.
