Quod has provided advice and supported in the submission of a planning application for the redevelopment of this underutilised and highly accessible site within West Croydon. The project presents complex considerations relating to the site’s constrained nature and proximity to the listed church and locally listed assets on Station Road, as well as the scheme’s regeneration benefits.

Quod also provided advice in respect of the negotiation of the S.106 agreement and the application successfully gained full planning permission.
