St James Retail Park, Sheffield

In August 2016 Quod secured full planning permission, on behalf of St James Securities, to develop the St James Retail Park at the former Norton College Site, Sheffield. The retail park will accommodate approximately 13,394 sqm of ‘open A1’ (food and non-food) retail space with ancillary restaurant and café space.
