Sovereign Square, Leeds
On behalf of our client, Marrico, Quod secured full planning permission for the development of a 4+ star hotel at Sovereign Square, Leeds.
The proposals involved the development of a 14-storey building for hotel accommodation, including the provision of short-stay and long-stay rooms, along with ground floor restaurants and bars and public open space.
The proposals will complete the redevelopment of the regenerated Sovereign Square area of the city centre, which is the first new public open space to be delivered in Leeds city centre for over a decade.
