Quod has been instructed by Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar to provide planning, affordable housing and socio-economic advice in respect of the redevelopment of the Shell Centre, Waterloo. The site represents one of the most significant and complex regeneration opportunities in the capital, located adjacent to the London Eye and opposite the Houses of Parliament. The scheme involves the retention of the Shell Tower and the development of 8 new buildings.
