Rolls Royce, Bognor Regis
Quod achieved full planning consent for a 30,600 square metre bespoke technology and logistics facility, on a 9-hectare site in Bognor Regis. Quod carried-out feasibility studies on a selection of potential development sites and supported Bericote from pre-acquisition stage to source a suitable site for a new facility for Rolls Royce Motor Cars Limited.
Rolls Royce are the first company to occupy Oldlands Farm, one of four sites within the £70 million Enterprise Bognor Regis Development Zone. This development created 200 jobs and represents a significant investment in the local area. It is expected to act as a catalyst for future high quality, sustainable development on surrounding sites.
