Proxima Park, Waterlooville

Quod are advising LIM on the redevelopment of this 19-hectare greenfield site, to provide approximately 70,000 square metres of industrial, logistics and warehouse floorspace. The site forms the employment phase of a wider strategic development at the West of Waterlooville Major Development Area which crosses Winchester City and Havant Councils’ boundaries.

Quod were appointed at a very early stage, prior to acquisition of the site, and provided due diligence and an innovative planning strategy, working closely with Winchester City Council and the local Development Forum to ensure that our client achieved planning permission for a major Class B1(c)/B2/B8 development within 12 months of first seeking advice on its acquisition. Phase 1 and 2 are now delivered on site with the preparation of the reserved matters applications for Phases 3, 4 and 5 underway.
