Princes Quay Shopping Centre, Hull

Quod provide planning services to Realm Ltd on their asset management of the Princes Quay Shopping Centre. Quod have secured planning consent for a major upgrade to the Centre, including external works, the creation of a new pedestrian entrance and comprehensive rebranding, including various advertisements. Quod have also advised on various asset management matters, including a new customer car park.
