North West Bicester Eco-Town
The Site forms the commercial part of the Bicester Eco-Town.
Quod coordinated a successful planning appeal and provided expert planning witness services at a Public Inquiry. In parallel, we also negotiated locally granted consents to establish a “planning fall back”. Through the appeal, Quod secured commercially preferable planning obligations and conditions. We subsequently negotiated additional flexibility in the consent via a minor material amendment.
Quod are now leading on the delivery stage of the project. We have secured reserved matters approval for the first phase of development and coordinated the discharge of conditions and obligations to ensure that development could commence quickly thereafter.
