Quod provides strategic advice to Places for People on Gilston Park Estate, a new community of up to 10,000 homes, schools and community facilities on a 1,000ha Green Belt site to the north of Harlow, in East Hertfordshire. Quod’s role is multi-disciplinary, combining strategic planning, regeneration, housing, viability and EIA advice.
