NG2 Business Park, Nottingham

Quod secured outline planning consent on behalf of Miller Birch development, for circa 20,000sqm of office floorspace on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

Once constructed, the scheme will complete the NG2 Business Park; one of the premier business parks in the City.

The consent was for an office led scheme, with either a hotel or car showroom on part of the site, as well as the development of ancillary food and beverage facilities to serve the business park.

Quod led the project management of the application and provided evidence to support the application. Quod continue to advise on the business park and forthcoming developments.
