Newcombe House, Kensington and Chelsea
Quod secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a highly sustainable site at the heart of Notting Hill Gate. The proposals comprise new homes, office, retail and community floorspace as well as a new step free route to Notting Hill Gate Underground Station, which is partially beneath the site.
