Quod secured reserved matters approval for the comprehensive redevelopment of Midcity House, providing 271 Build to Rent apartments within Sheffield City Centre. Related advertisement, condition discharge and non-material amendment consents were secured as part of a coordinated package.

The development comprises three blocks of 25, 14 and 4 storeys and delivers a variety of dwelling sizes and types, alongside supporting residential amenity space and commercial space.

Quod led the team throughout the planning process, including pre-application discussions with Sheffield City Council through to the successful negotiation of all consents.
