Quod secured outline planning permission in 2016 on behalf of Evans Property Group for residential development on a greenfield site to the south west of Wetherby (West Yorkshire).
Quod advised on the planning strategy and coordinated the project team responsible for supporting the planning application. Extensive community and stakeholder consultation was undertaken involving mail drops to local residents and a dedicated consultation website.
Quod subsequently secured reserved matters consent on behalf of Duchy Homes for the development of 7no. exclusive 5 bedroom detached homes on the site.
