Quod is instructed to provide strategic planning advice to Mayfield Market Town Ltd who in partnership with one of the largest Registered Providers in the UK are promoting a new market town in North West Sussex of up to 10,000 homes. Quod is advising all aspects of the proposal, through promotion of the development through the local plan process to preparing the key evidence to support an eventual planning application.
