Manorview, Newcastle
On behalf of iQ Student Accommodation, Quod North secured reserved matters approval for the regeneration of a former office block for 293 student bedspaces, on the edge of Newcastle City Centre.
The site forms part of a new comprehensive student accommodation campus being proposed by iQ. Separate consents were also secured by Quod for a new, flexible commercial pavilion and amendments to the existing outline planning permission.
Quod managed the planning aspects of the scheme throughout discussions with Newcastle City Council and achieved successful outcomes for all applications.
