Quod is advising the London Borough of Camden on the redevelopment of the Maitland Park Estate , part of their 15 year Community Investment Programme looking at Camden’s housing estates and how best to use Council land to improve, shape and transform key places.
The development will deliver a significant increase in affordable housing as well as new market housing to serve the pressing need for residential development in Camden as well as a range of community benefits. Quod has been involved since the inception of the scheme and was responsible for preparing, submitting and managing the original full planning application, as well as various non-material and minor-material amendment applications, which have ensured that the development remains deliverable and continues to meet the changing needs of the Camden housing market.
