Quod has provided Barratt London with planning and development economics in respect of the redevelopment of the vacant riverside site at 12-14 Lombard Road. The site represents one of the last riverside opportunities in Wandsworth and Quod enabled Barratt London to realise its potential through a 28 storey Patel Taylor designed tall building. The sculptural design has won many plaudits and creates a step change in pedestrian and cycle permeability for this part of Battersea Riverside.
