Lewisham Gateway

Outline planning permission obtained for the redevelopment of this strategic site in Lewisham Town Centre. The scheme required the replacement of the existing roundabout with a new highways layout, relocation of bus layover and diversion of rivers to create a new development site for a residential-led mixed use scheme. This complex regeneration project is being implemented in a series of phases, and Quod have remained a key member of the Project Team throughout.
