IKEA, Sheffield

After full planning consent was granted for a new IKEA store in Sheffield in 2015, Quod were instructed on the delivery phase of the project. This involved the discharge all pre-commencement conditions and planning obligations, and securing minor amendments to the scheme to meet IKEA’s evolving operational requirements. The store is due to open in late summer 2017.
