House of Fraser store, Leamington Spa

Quod were appointed as Planning Consultant to promote two planning applications, relating to the existing House of Fraser Department Store, located within Leamington Spa. In light of increasing pressures on the town centre retail environment, both consents provide flexibility for the future occupation of the site in the event that House of Fraser depart. Two market-facing consents were secured, comprising a substantial reconfiguration of the store to create a mix of retail, restaurant, office and leisure (including cinema) uses.
