Hilton, Green Park
On behalf of London and Regional Properties, Quod obtained Planning and Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment of the existing hotel at 27-41 Half Moon Street with the aim of delivering an improved hotel that can sustain the long-term future of the site.
The hotel is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and encompasses a terrace of buildings, of which some – nos. 29 to 34 (consecutive) and no. 41 are Grade II listed.
