Quod is providing strategic planning advice to Development Securities and Harwell Oxford joint venture in relation to the development of Harwell Oxford Campus. Harwell provides one of Europe’s most important concentrations of science activity and its continued development is an important part of national and regional growth strategies.  Following the designation of part of the site as Enterprise Zone, Quod is working closely with the joint venture and local authority to establish a vision and masterplan framework for the site to provide a firm basis for its future development.
