Quod is instructed by Capital and Counties with regard to a mixed-use development to include up to 7,500 new homes alongside retail, office and other uses and including re-provision of the existing Gibbs Green and West Kensington housing estates. Quod leads on the housing and financial viability planning advice to secure planning permission for circa 10% affordable housing in addition to reprovision at the existing estate.
