DHL Manton Wood, Sherlock Business Park

Quod has worked with DHL to successfully secure planning permission for all three phases of their site at Manton Wood, near Worksop in Nottinghamshire.

When complete, the business park will comprise three bespoke logistics and distribution warehouses providing over 100,000 sqm of high bay employment floorspace and will act as a regional hub for DHL.

Quod has prepared, submitted and managed a combination of full, reserved matters and non-material amendment applications to help bring this site to life and provide economic development opportunities for DHL and the local community.
