Dallow Road Industrial Estate, Luton

Quod advised Travis Perkins on the comprehensive redevelopment of Dalroad Industrial Estate, Dallow Road, Luton to provide a major mixed-use trade scheme. Having provided the original advice in 2010 which led to the site purchase, planning permission was obtained for a 5,500 square metre development incorporating a mix of trade uses. A subsequent consent was obtained to extend the site.
