Coventry & Warwickshire Gateway

John Rhodes of Quod appeared as the expert planning witness at a call-in inquiry on behalf of the promoters of the Coventry and Warwickshire Gateway – a proposal for approximately 426,000sq.m of B class development, on the southern edge of Coventry, in the Green Belt. Quod’s evidence covered all planning issues arising, including Green Belt policy analysis and the very special circumstances that exist to justify development in the Green Belt. This included the socio-economic need for the development.
