Clifton Moor Retail Park, York

On behalf of CBRE Global Investors, Quod secured three full planning permissions associated with the asset management of Clifton Moor Retail Park. These comprised: (i) a new, standalone retail unit of c. 1,800sqm; (ii) a mezzanine floorspace of c. 830sqm within an existing unit; and (iii) external refurbishments of the existing units at the Retail Park.
