Quod is acting for Chobham Manor LLP to bring forward the first legacy residential neighbourhood at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Chobham Manor forms part of the Legacy Communities Scheme Outline Planning Permission. The site is located between the former Olympic Games Athletes’ Village and the Velodrome and will deliver over 800 homes, nursery schools, shops and a community hub.
