Charlgrove Airfield

Quod has been working with Homes England and Arcadis to secure planning permission for the development of a residential-led mixed-use scheme with associated off-site highways infrastructure in South Oxfordshire. It is proposed that the new development will comprise up to 3,000 homes along with retail, commercial and education facilities plus associated infrastructure.

Quod has prepared, submitted and managed a series of applications for the development and worked with the design teams to develop the proposals.
