Quod is providing strategic advice on planning, social infrastructure, viability and economic development issues to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Development Partners (Hammerson PLC and Standard Life). The scheme will comprehensively regenerate the 151 ha site to create a new town centre incorporating a transformed Brent Cross Shopping Centre over 100,000sqm of retail floorspace, 7,500 residential homes, 300,000 of office floorspace, community uses, leisure uses, as well as substantial public realm and infrastructure improvements.
