Bluewater Shopping & Leisure Centre, Kent

Quod is advising Lend Lease in relation to the redevelopment of the West Village, Bluewater to deliver up to an additional 30,500sq m of new retail and catering floorspace. The West Village redevelopment is the first major new retail expansion of Bluewater since it opened in 1999. Quod acted as planning consultant, submitting the application and providing the interface with the local planning authority.
