Berinsfield Oxfordshire

Quod advised South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) on the expansion of Berinsfield village, in the Oxford Green Belt. The village faced a series of challenges including higher than average levels of deprivation, deteriorating building stock and diminishing social infrastructure.

Quod helped SODC promote Green Belt land adjacent to the village for housing, with the proceeds from development being reinvested into the existing village.
