Bacton Low Rise Estate, Camden
Quod is advising the London Borough of Camden on the Bacton Low Rise Estate redevelopment, part of their 15-year Community Investment Programme.
The scheme is to redevelop this 1960s housing estate, and an adjacent site containing office and light industrial development to provide an attractive and well-designed new piece of townscape which provides replacement affordable housing and new market housing to serve the pressing need for residential development in Camden. Phase 1 is now complete, and Quod is helping to deliver Phase 2 of the project, providing over 300 new homes in total.
