Quod provided pre-acquisition advice and supported Bericote Properties Limited to achieve full planning consent for a 150,000 sq ft industrial, logistics and distribution centre across three units in Alpha Park, Chandlers Ford. The development is one of the first speculative developments of its kind to come forward on the south coast in a decade, creating 180 jobs, and representing £20 million of private sector investment into the local economy.
