Thomas Hatch

Thomas joined Quod in September 2013. He is experienced in development management, viability and town planning and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Using his in depth knowledge of the UK’s planning system and his comprehensive understanding of the financial dynamics of the property development and investment, Thomas specialises in adding value to land or property through the planning and development process.

Thomas also provides specialist advice in relation to emerging Build to Rent sector. This has included detailed analysis of a wide range of socio-economic benefits for individual schemes as well as contributing to policy.

Outside of the office, Thomas enjoys playing football and exploring the lesser known parts of South London at the weekend.
