Robert Evans

Robert Evans joined Quod as a Non-Executive Director in February 2024 following a very successful 23 years with Argent and Related Argent. Robert is a real estate and development leader with a proven track record in the vision, planning, delivery, and execution of the King’s Cross Estate, one of the most successful examples of urban redevelopment and regeneration globally.

Robert is passionate about development and cities, building both commercial and social value. He brings to Quod unique skills and knowledge of the industry; and experience of the growth and succession planning which is key to Quod’s future as an Employee-Owned Trust. He also brings a client perspective, having instructed Quod for many years on King’s Cross and other projects.

Attracting senior leaders like Robert and Carly Vince, who joining from EDF in 2022, uniquely positions Quod at the forefront of a rapidly changing market and political environment.
