Richard Hesketh

Richard provides planning and development advice to a broad range of clients including landowners, occupiers, investors, corporate clients and public sector organisations. His experience includes strategic advice on complex sites in London and other areas, co-ordinating the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications. In addition to his core planning skills, Richard has a thorough understanding of the EIA process.

Richard is a keen runner and cyclist, putting himself through various daft ‘character building’ challenges. He also enjoys travel and, where possible, tries to combine this with another interest of his — photography.
