Rebecca Sanders

Rebecca joined Quod in December 2016. Prior to joining Quod, Rebecca gained valuable experience in the private sector and now has over 10 years of planning knowledge and expertise.

Rebecca is involved in a wide range of projects at Quod including residential-led and mixed-use schemes and projects relating to temporary events / structures.

Rebecca has experience across all aspects of the planning process, including the strategic promotion of large-scale mixed-use developments through the Local Plan process, through to the successful delivery of planning consents for a variety of major and minor developments. Rebecca is particularly well-experienced in guiding clients through the process of collating reserved matters applications following the grant of outline permission, discharging planning conditions and advising on Section 106 obligations.

Outside of Quod, Rebecca likes to lead an active lifestyle and can often be found either at the gym or on a netball court!
